ACD Pro is an application that collects ACD report data from the eOn Millennium system and stores it in a Microsoft Access database file. From there you can create your own reports with your favorite report generator. ACD Pro is easy to install, setup and use.

This program is free to use as you see fit but there is no warrantee of any kind. While this program has been tested and has not been known to cause any troubles on the computer it is installed on or the phone system it collects data from, use at your own risk.

Download the ACDPro file, unzip it into a temporary folder, run the setup.exe file and follow the instructions. When the installation is complete you may be prompted to restart your computer. Now you are ready to setup the program to collect you data. You will find the ACD Pro icon in you programs folder and click it to get started.

You can use the default database "default.mdb" or create your own by clicking "File" and "New" and enter the name of your choice, then click "Open".

Next you select the communications port settings by clicking "Setup" and then "Communications". If you not sure how to set these options contact your IT person and or Telecommunications vender.

Next you setup the log on settings by clicking "Setup" and then "Logon". If you not sure how to set these options contact your Telecommunications vender.

Next you setup the ACD options to collect by clicking "Setup" and then "Monitor". It is best to only choose the agents, groups and plans that are in use to shorten the collection time. If you not sure how to set these options contact your Telecommunications vender.

The last option is to enable email notification of a collection failure. For these settings you may need help from your IT person.

If you are not sure how to set an option you can put your mouse pointer over it and a help message will appear. Also many of the default settings will work as is. We can help you setup the program but there is a fee for support.
